Q: How do I add a product to my basket?
You can add a product to your basket from "Catalogue" by selecting the size of a product, entering the required quantity, then clicking "Add to basket". The product will appear in your basket.
To place an order, review your "basket" and click "Proceed to Checkout". You will be taken to the "Login" page where you can log in to your account and complete your purchase.
Q: I do not have an account. How do I create one?
You can create an account at any time by clicking the orange "Log In" icon at the top right corner, or during the checkout process on the "Login" page by clicking "Register as a new customer".
You can reset your password on the Login page by clicking "Reset Password" and completing your "Customer Code/Email" field. You will receive the reset link to your registered email. Alternatively contact OILY on orders@oily.africa to assist with password reset.
Q: How do I change the address on my account?
You can change your address by selecting "edit" on your account or when confirming your purchase on the last page of the checkout process.
Q:Where do I find my invoice and order information?
You will find a copy of your order invoice on "My Account" under the section "Invoices". In the same place under "Orders" you can review your order history.
